Feb 10, 2010 - make sure you are rotating your hips through first on your spinning hook kick without seeing your kick it is hard to tell what your might be doing wrong you should be able to get enough contact to knock someone out. It sounds to me like your not fully rotating your hips through and trying to just use your leg for power. if you post a vid of your kick and title it "my hook kick" i will look at it and let you know what i see
