Mar 14, 2010 - @Aznremix, rackets do matter, the brand, the characteristics of racket: weight, balance point, flex, string tension greatly affect the play. A great player using a mediocre racket could still win against a mediocre player using great racket, but that would not work if the opponents skill is not far behind plus it also takes time to adjust to a new racket.

Aznremix Says:

Mar 14, 2010 - @redmontube okay but the thing is that they have been using Li Ning for a while and they don't have a problem with it, they advertise it and even Lin Dan promotes ppl into using his racquet. Its like saying u had a arc saber z-slash and you had it for a while, liked it but u lost to someone u shouldn't have lost to. Now is it the racquets fault or your performance? do you see my point? sure the racquet matters but in this case it doesn't.

Mar 14, 2010 - 蔡赟和付海峰不丢人,有脾气才叫爷们,纯爷们!踢自己的包让傻逼们去说吧!

MrBloodStains Says:

Mar 14, 2010 - @AnsonKwok47 : why you said that? is it because Li Ning is China made and Yonex is Japan made? I can sense some bias in your statement since for so long Yonex has been used by all the great players all over the world, including your Super Dan, is it not? Are you getting the real facts?

kimpang76 Says:

allohigen Says:

Mar 15, 2010 - 中国都出没品的球员。林丹是第一人。输球但别连球品也输了。

monsterb07 Says:

Mar 15, 2010 - 中國強大了,自然而然也傲慢了。

Mar 15, 2010 - 蔡赟, 这里不是武斗战场. 没品格的运动员.

StarcraftTerran Says:

Mar 16, 2010 - After the game, it looked like cai yun said, "good game good game, then, OFF WITH YOU STUPID BAG", and he kicks and then he is like, "oh good game referee" Then the referee was shocked for a second and then he took out the red card as in a way to say thank you...

MonokuroBooHokKan Says:

Mar 17, 2010 - The umpire couldn't hold the red card in the air for too long 'cause Boe went to shake her hand lol.

JMUDoc Says:

Mar 18, 2010 - Wow, a red card - Cai was deducted a point :D. I bet Li-Ning aren't happy with that little display...

reidyee Says:

Mar 20, 2010 - maybe is that Li-Ning racquet let him lost the match ? then only he kicked off that li-ning racquet ? lol

Aznremix Says:

Mar 21, 2010 - haha if that was the case then yonex isn't happy that yonex has been tossed around or kicked and been treated like shit. Example would be taufik throwing his racquet down, lin dan kicking his racquet in the malaysian open when he lost to LCW from 20-8 to 22-20

JMUDoc Says:

Mar 21, 2010 - Still, if you're in the crowd in the right place it's a free racket ;)

kooharalove Says:

Mar 21, 2010 - whats the point of getting a red card when the game has already finished... ==

giambat Says:

Apr 6, 2010 - Does anyone know where I can watch the whole game? I want to see exactly why Cai kicked his bag..

Aznproz Says:

Apr 16, 2010 - boo those ppl who booed!! XD go CAI/FU! best men doubles ever!

May 11, 2010 - full video of this??

Yondaime3490 Says:

May 11, 2010 - @reidyee dont think so - imagine youre one of the best double players in the world, former world no.1 and then you lose to guys like these who havent won half your titles. must feel like losing to a 12-year-old feels to normal people^^and if he was unhappy with li ning, why use their rackets? if hes unhappy with them, he can always change oO i for one am very comfortable with them^^

Yondaime3490 Says:

May 11, 2010 - @AnsonKwok47 its not like theyre better in every imaginable way - some players like them better, some dont. Yonex has been around for a long time, so of course they offer great quality. So do Victor and Li Ning and many other companies. Whats important is what you prefer, what you are comfortable with. If it wasnt, everybody would be using the z-slash. And before you insult me for not getting my facts right I'm actually using Li Ning, so I know what I'm talking about.

Yondaime3490 Says:

May 11, 2010 - @redmondtube thats not quite right - mixed doubles champions and women's doubles champions used li ning as well, and they looked pretty damn good - especially du&yu waltzed right through the tournament. but the male players do look a bit weaker, at least at this years AE. could be bad training as well, though, so i wouldnt jump to conclusions and blame the rackets...

ally1295 Says:

May 11, 2010 - @Yondaime3490 listen dude.if you have half a brain, you'd understand firstly, that these rackets are custom made, and secondly another reason why they use Li Ning is obviously they have new, better upcoming technology; and not only that - they're a Chinese company. So the whole protectionism aspect applies AS WELL as the fact that they're better.gooood effort though (:

Yondaime3490 Says:

May 12, 2010 - @ally1295 ah well i dont think they're ahead of yonex concerning technology. they're probably at roughly the same level. the custom made thing is not quite right, some are, some arent - lin dan, bao chunlai, wang yihan and the du/yu double have custom made rackets, most others dont. i think the protectionism aspect is the biggest factor here. again, i'm not biased, i use li ning rackets myself. its just that there is no "best company" or "best racket" - every player has his own favorite.
